2. Check the area the kitchen will be going into is clear (arranging the disposal of your old kitchen if needed) and the electrical points, plumbing and gas connections are in the correct place.

3. Think about who will connect the electrics, plumbing and gas (if required). Never try to do it yourself.

4. Think about who will take delivery of the kitchen and check components against schedule.

Placing your order -- Special Offer Kitchens

1. Simply select the kitchen you want (including the colour) and e-mail or call us.

2. We'll then talk you through the kitchen, discuss a delivery date and select a payment method -- we accept payment by bank transfer or through credit card via Worldpay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group.

3. Once payment has been made, your kitchen will arrive in approximately six weeks.

1. For a bespoke kitchen, your first step should be to contact us so that we can discuss your requirements.

2. Once your design has been completed, we will finalize a delivery and payment schedule with you.
